With a wealth of experience in interior and furniture design, Anand Panchal noticed a shortage of skilled artisans in the industry. This inspired him to create furniture rooted in indigenous traditions, yet providing exceptional comfort and luxury. In 2021, Anand, along with his wife Hemangini, established Alankrit Studio. Originally conceived as an interior design practice in 2018, the studio later shifted its focus to manufacturing. This transformation was made possible by the combination of Anand and Hemangini’s design creativity and business acumen. Team Alankrit amalgamates diverse cultural nuances, sensibility, technology, and fine craftsmanship to produce globally acclaimed products.
